This was our first photo together! We both went to Whitnall Middle School and Whitnall High School, and we met sometime in the 6th grade.

Junior year, we sat next to each other in physics class. Every day before class started, Jayvin would turn to me and say "Abby, you look beautiful today."

We were just friends until the summer after high school graduation. After his first week at Ripon—and just a few days before I left for Madison—he called me and asked if he could come over. I said yes!

At the end of the night, he took a bouquet of flowers out of his car and asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes again. Now, nearly nine years later, we are living together in Saint Francis with our two fur babies.
